UAE Combats Climate Change with Nuclear Power and Shares Its Experience with the rest of the world!

 As we can see, UAE is working hard to grow the clean energy industry and trying to do something to improve the environment condition.


One way the UAE is addressing climate change is by reducing the carbon footprint of its energy system with nuclear power — a strategy that, through cooperation with the IAEA, it is helping to replicate in other countries.


Many countries are pursuing new nuclear power programs, but the UAE is special in successfully kick-starting a programmer and realizing commercial nuclear energy in such a short time, with all of the safety standards and regulations we expect today.


Foulon works closely with the IAEA in coordinating activities where experts from other countries can visit and learn from the UAE’s experience. In this capacity, Khalifa University has been designated an IAEA Collaborating Centre for nuclear energy infrastructure and human resources since 2017.

UAE provided humanitarian aid to the victims of the earthquake

 Last week I posted about how  UAE by order of His Highness Mohammed Bin Zayed has ordered an aid package totaling $100 million to help those affected by the earthquake in Syria and Turkey, they were in fact, one of the firsts countries to help them during this crisis. And months ago I also shared with you the multiple humanitarian help that UAE sent to Ukraine, Mauritania, etc. Truth is, UAE is always able and ready to support how need it, no matter what. Their commitment with the world is amazing, no just with the people/governments all around the world, but also with the environment.
